Mature stands of trees frame gently rolling fairways and large undulating greens, with two creeks traversing the course and five beautiful lakes creating both strategic diversity and a breathtaking backdrop for golf.

While challenging for scratch golfers, multiple tees on each hole enable golfers of all ages and skill levels to experience the mastery, craftsmanship and creativity of The King, one of the most beloved and iconic player/designers in the world.

PREMIER JUNIOR GOLF LEARNING CENTERS DETAILS

A year round program designed for boys and girls ages 7-15. Open to beginner golfers with no prior knowledge of the game, or intermediate golfers who want to improve their game. Each month the student registers for four (4) 60 minute sessions for level 1 & four (4) 90 minute sessions for Levels 2 – 4 based on their level and the program calendar. Cost is $165.00 for level 1 & $265.00 for Levels 2 – 4 per month. The Player’s Club membership is optional and includes, unlimited range balls, exclusive golf specials, play for discounted rates everyday during super twilight hours.

Classes are organized into different skill levels and taught by an experienced PGA/USGTF certified golf professional. All students start at level (1) and advance to the next level only by passing a challenge test to assess their mastery of that particular level. Intermediate and advanced students may bypass lower levels by passing the level’s skills challenge. Students also receive a “character counts” lesson during each session focusing on trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship.

Jeff Kennedy – Lead Instructor
USGTF Certified Golf Teaching Professional

Jeff Kennedy has been a golfer since the age of five when he began playing at the Texaco Country Club in Houston, Texas. Jeff became interested in playing competitive golf at the age of thirteen, playing in junior golf tournaments in the Houston area. In high school, he played on the golf team at Sam Rayburn High School. He continued competing at the college level as a member of the Texas A&I University golf team. After retiring from the U.S. Army at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in 2001, Jeff began teaching golf at the Austin Junior Academy. Jeff has spent a lifetime playing golf and now enjoys teaching others the fundamentals of the game. Jeff is able to provide comprehensive, professional golf instruction that is easily understandable to golfers of all abilities and skill levels. Jeff’s teaching philosophy focuses on the fundamentals, grip, alignment, and posture. He believes that correct posture is the key to making a proper golf swing.
