Bryan is the Owner and Director of Instruction at Premier Junior Golf Development, a top-rated program offering private golf coaching for kids and teens ages 7–16. With over 36 years of experience teaching players of all levels, Bryan specializes in individualized golf lessons, helping both beginners and competitive junior golfers build solid fundamentals and long-term success.

Bryan began his teaching career in Hobbs, New Mexico after playing collegiate golf for the New Mexico Junior College Thunderbirds. His coaching was shaped by 12 years of mentorship under legendary PGA Tour and college coach Jessie Blackwelder, whose influence helped Bryan develop a detailed, fundamentals-first approach that he still uses today.

Bryan’s students have included players of all abilities—from first-time golfers to elite junior athletes. His most notable student, Sean O’Hair—a four-time PGA Tour winner and 2009 Presidents Cup Team Member—trained with Bryan as a junior and still works with him on occasion.

Whether your child is just learning the game or preparing for competitive junior tournaments, Bryan offers private golf lessons tailored to their individual skill level and goals. His mission is to help young athletes improve their swing, sharpen their mental game, and develop character both on and off the course. Many of Bryan’s students go on to play high school and college golf, often earning scholarships through the strong foundation he provides.
